A huge week-end of activities will greet the multitude of fans who flock to Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond,WI August 5 – 7 for the Stacker2® Xtreme DirtCar Series sanctioned “17th Annual USA Nationals”. The two-day event for the Stacker2® XDCS, and co-sanctioned by the Northern Xtreme DirtCar Series and Southern Xtreme DirtCar Series, offers race teams a purse close to $200,000 in prize money. The winning driver of the 75 lap feature event will pocket $40,000 with $2,000 offered to start the event.

The cameras of Speed Channel will be in full force throughout the “17th Annual USA Nationals” week-end starting Thursday, Aug. 5.

Stacker2® Xtreme DirtCar Series “YJ Stinger Cup” championship contender Donnie Moran will be a special guest on “Wind Tunnel with Dave Despain” doing two “live” interview segments from Cedar Lake Speedway. The very popular motorsports program will air at 10:00pm EDT on Speed Channel. Highlights from the Friday segment of the “17th Annual USA Nationals” will be taped with Saturday’s finale` also being taped by Speed Channel for broadcast at a later date.

“I will be on Wind Tunnel August 5 live from Cedar Lake. They asked me to be on Wind Tunnel that night live. I think they had Bret Hearn on last week. They said I would be on there from approximately 10:15 to 10:45 with Dave Despain. It would be great to announce a new sponsor for the remainder of 2004 and all of 2005 on live TV (laughs)!”
